Biography
Ilana brings more than 20 years of experience in client service, relationship management, and business operations to her role as Operations Manager at Michael Coristine Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Ilana spent more than a decade in the insurance industry, where she managed complex client relationships, developed new business, and worked closely with clients and industry partners to deliver thoughtful, responsive solutions. Her experience in fast-paced, client-focused environments has shaped a practical, highly organized approach to both client service and business operations.
At Michael Coristine Law, Ilana oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, with a focus on improving processes, supporting the legal team, and ensuring clients receive a professional, responsive, and seamless experience.
